Going to the gym for the first time can be intimidating and not knowing what to do can be discouraging, but if you found a complete workout routine, it would be pretty motivating, the battle of not knowing what to do would be over, and the gains would come even faster. Jeff follows a solid workout routine and does not waste time making errors. If you had his surety in the gym, it would be very motivating to go to the gym everyday because you would get the most out of your workouts.
Jeff Sied follows a 5 day workout split, Monday through Friday. He does mainly compound exercises, which promote the most muscle growth because each exercise uses multiple muscles. When it comes to cardio, Jeff only does HIT cardio, he does not do traditional cardio, that’s because HIT cardio burns more fat and boosts the metabolism for up to 48 hours afterwards.

He prefers to do HIT training on a stationary bicycle, that’s because he injured his knee and prefers not run. You can run if you choose too, it’s even more effective than a stationary bicycle.
High Interval Training is done by running or cycling as hard and fast as you can for 1 minute, than you walk or cycle again at a normal pace for 1 minute. The goal is to spike the heart rate and than let it slowly drop again. You’ll rinse and repeat this cycle for 30 minutes. If you can’t do 30 minutes, just go for 15 minutes, and than work your way up by doing 1 extra minute each day.

Jeff Seid is a fitness model, so he has to maintain very low body fat year long round. Sometimes as a fitness model you receive only a 2 week advance before a photo shoot, which you have to be prepared for. This workout routine is great for anyone who wants to look like a fitness model, it will burn fat with HIT training and promote muscle growth with heavy compound exercises.

For this routine there’s only 3 things you have to know, what a set is, what a super set is, and what is pyramid lifting. And all three of these questions have been answered in chronological order just below.
It’s very easy to learn what sets are and how to follow exercise instructions.
For example, “Incline Bench Press: 4 sets of 10,8,8,6”. This means you’ll do “Incline Bench Press” a total of 4 times or 4 sets. The first set would be for 10, the second for 8, the third for 8, and the fourth for 6. You’ll rest a total of 2 minutes between each set of the exercise.
If you see two exercises grouped together with the description as “Super Set“, that means you’ll do both sets of these two exercises back to back, and than rest like normal once both sets are completed.
For example, “Super set – Incline Bench Press”, “Super set – Decline Bench Press.” You would do both sets of these two exercises together with no rest in between, and than you’d rest like normal once both sets have been completed. It’s like doing two workouts in the time of one and it really pushes the body.
Pyramid lifting works by increasing the weight after each set. But lowering the amount total of repetitions.
For example, “Incline Pec Flys: 4 sets of 10, 8, 8, 6,”. The first set of 10 would be light weight, and as you proceed to 8 and 6, you should increase the weight, so it will be heavier, but you’re lifting less amount of repetitions on each set.

2. Jeff Seid Has A Custom Tailored Diet

4. Jeff Seid Is Young And Winning
Jeff Seid says his motivation comes from inside himself and his want to accomplish the most in his life.
